What an incredible and inspirational meeting on Thursday, September 5th. Our luncheon speaker was Majic Alphonse, the program director for the Dojo which is a youth directed community center. Majic spoke about growing up in Somervile after coming here from New Jersey as a child. He spends much of his time working with the youth of the city to try to keep them on the right track.
